The Supernatural Science Research Organization (SRO) has sent agents out to various regions to investigate this phenomenon. It is soon discovered that these strange occurrences are connected to an archaic mystery an as-of-yet unknown history of two worlds, about to come to light...

    Bright Memory: Infinite combines the FPS and action genres to deliver a high-octane experience. Mix and match available skills and abilities to unleash magnificient combos on your enemies. Your trusted sword allows you to slash through crowds of enemies and even repel their gunfire. The guns you come across in-game can be customized with a variety of ammunitions. Choose between incendiary bombs, sticky grenades, homing missiles, and more to suit your situation.

    Bright Memory: Infinite is a shining example of the power of development tools when placed in the hands of someone who truly knows how to get the most out of them. With its AAA production values and polished gameplay, it provides an evening’s worth of action that entertained me in a way that the genre has struggled to do since Respawn’s underappreciated Titanfall 2. If you’re comfortable with dropping twenty dollars on an experience that you know will be over in a couple of hours and are willing to overlook the messy narrative in favour of the excellent gameplay loops, then Bright Memory: Infinite is absolutely worth supporting.

    Beats the demo by far: Extremely fast-paced shooter that expertly combines shooting action and melee combat - a fast-food snack that should also appeal to FPS connoisseurs.

    Bright Memory: Infinite has its moments, but in the end, it feels like a project that could have been great if it was developed by an entire team with all the necessary resources at their disposal. Unfortunately, the moments that disappoint are amplified by the hype that was created around the game. Although it has potential, Bright Memory: Infinite does not live up to the expectations of those were waiting for this game. It is way too simple, empty and short, with only a few moments of fun.

    Bright Memory: Infinite feels like a tech demo someone made just to prove they could do it. It’s not a bad game, in fact it looks and feels great to play. It just doesn’t feel like a completed game, as you will reach the credits before the 2 hour mark.

    This is more of a tech demo than a game, made by a single developer. First the good, the combat is actually pretty enjoyable, with weapons feeling good and being satisfying to use. The visuals are also decent considering the budget and team size, so no complaints there. Where the game really falls flat is the length, the game only took me 1 hour 36 minutes to finish, I'm a fan of short games, but this is obviously extreme. Another major problem is stuttering, the game suffers tremendously with the dreaded asset streaming stutter that is plaguing the PC scene currently. My last major complaint is the amount of screen shake as it is excessive, I can't actually think of a game with more intense screen shake and there's no option to disable or reduce it and by the end of the game it had given me a headache.… Expand
