Forspoken is absolutely fantastic. With all the spells you can unlock, the gear you can upgrade, the fights, the bosses, and a storyline that rivals the best video game stories, this isn't a return to form for SquareEnix, it's a testament that they still got it, and will have it for a very, very long time.
Forspoken is a unique game, with a very distinct gameplay, setting and story that compose a very fun and interesting experience. It suffers with its short duration, problemactic camera, lack of variety in side missions and it needs a few adjustments to its gameplay, but its one of the most beautiful games on the PS5 so far and a title that deserves everyone's attention.

Joguei ao demo e foi muito mau, depois de ler algumas opiniões decidi comprar o jogo e jogar desde o inicio e recomendo o jogo é divertido.
Relação qualidade/preço, em qualquer lado podemos comprar por 15€, é excelente um dos melhores jogos a este preço.

I have my own opinion and I dont care what internet trolls are saying. They only played demo. Full game is another experience.

Forspoken lacks the kind of refinement expected of a AAA title. If the concepts had received more attention, then the entire package would have been more cohesive. Still, despite its issues, there's definitely something here to enjoy if you can focus in on what the game does well: narrative, accessibility, and writing.
Forspoken may be a game of squandered potential, but there remains an argument that it’s still worth playing, not just for the simple joy of zipping through its world, but for the occasional glimpse at the potentially genre-defying tentpole it could have been with clearer vision and better collaboration. Because, in this world of stagnation over innovation, even just the groundwork can be worth savouring.
Forspoken barely avoids disaster thanks to its gameplay and its two main characters, two aspects that are not without their faults either. Its few good ideas simply don't manage to make up for its huge shortcomings: Luminous' title quickly gets bogged down in a rousing structure, which will take you through areas that are certainly huge, but empty of interest. The activities all look the same, the level design is very poor, as is the bestiary... In short, it is impossible for us to recommend it at full price.
Did we really, really, really need a cat taming minigame? And you already told me the story of Athia at the start of the game. Why am I now ‘learning’ it again at the end of the game, strolling from point to point, pressing triangle for exposition. It’s a gorgeous game, but God if it’s not like a minorly insipid make-up artist’s Instagram grid. Loads of things to look at but no actual meaning in any of them.
Forspoken is somewhat reminiscent of the fusion cuisine that caused a furor in the average bistro in the early 1990s...The result is a potpourri of uncomfortably poorly written dialogue, a giant open world of cardboard and struggling to find 'meh' action and combat.
10/10 game. The graphics on PS5 are pretty good, but the magic is AMAZING. The different kinds of magic allow for different playstyles (melee/ranged) so you can fight how you prefer. The magic parkour makes traversing the huge map interesting.
A big thing about this game: it contains women. The main character is a POC woman. The blacksmith is a woman. Half of the council is women. The Tantas are all women. Many characters related to quests are WOMEN.
Which leads me to my last comment. Read the negative reviews. You'll find an astounding number of incels upset they are forced to play as a woman. There are many games where you cannot create your own character? And they haven't received the kind of backlash this one has??
TLDR: Don't play this game if you hate women or women in positions of power.

WRITING IS... NOT GOOD
Let's address the elephant in the room to kick things off. The dialogue/writing is very juvenile. It's BAD. It's clearly written by someone who only had a Marvel Avengers movie and a modern Disney sitcom for reference. The plot and setup is so redundant and one you've seen a million times, and what's worse is they beat you over the head with it in the first hour. They tell instead of show (especially in the setup), Frey is unlikable and lacks empathy, and always says something snarky or what the devs deem as "witty." The banter between her and Cuff is so bad. It's like ME Andromeda -- actually worse. And then when Frey is in the fantasy realm, she refuses to cease talking in earth jargon and slang, even getting mad at someone who broke her out of prison for not understanding her. No empathy or adaption to communicate. She should be grateful she landed in a world where they miraculously speak English, instead she continues being an a** to her savior.
WHY IS FREY BLACK?
Instead of bringing Frey's race/ethnicity/culture into the story, they rely on the trope of orphan jumping to foster homes like a bar romp in London. Why not dig a little deeper and do something more unique and powerful? I understand race shouldn't matter and we are all equal, but the uncomfortable truth is there are still racism issues in the world, especially in a big urban jungle. Why not lean into that instead of "I'm an orphan so I turned to crime. I'm Frey of who the eff knows." (The latter is a literal piece of dialgoue that Frey speaks in the game. Cringe.)
GRAPHICS
Graphics look good but not great. The aesthetics are very bland especially in the intro. There's a part where she is overlooking New York and I swear Max Payne 2 from decades ago looked better. Even New York City looks as dead as the Break (a corruption that has killed off the population in fantasy land Athia)
CORE GAMEPLAY LOOP
Once you get past the first hour or two, the gameplay is the highlight. The parkour, battles and collecting are fun. The story itself isn't the worst, but it feels half-baked. Almost like those racing games where they build a loose story around the gameplay instead of the other way around. A lot of missed potential and again feels like Mass Effect Andromeda in a way because Andromeda had great combat but a crap story so sometimes fighting felt soulless and pointless. I would say this is a step up from Andromeda though. Reminds me more of Final Fantasy X.
METAL GEAR CUTSCENES
Another annoying aspect is you'll watch a cutscene, walk 3 feet then another cutscene loads. Why not just keep the cutscene going? Some parts are just so unpolished or intentionally slow and boring. Just adds insult to injury, holding this game back.
SOUND IS PHENOMENAL
The sound and music is very well done. Reminds me a lot of Kingdom Hearts.
OVERALL
Overall, it's a fun game worth playing, just dont expect the Witcher 3. The Witcher 1 and 2 were rough and the Witcher combat has always,imo, been it's weakest trait. This game is sort of the opposite. They focused so much on combat and gameplay and not enough time on the story or just had a bad writer, or writers. Had a lot of potential. I would love a 2nd game to see if they can clean up their mistakes. Fix the writing, use subtlety, make the environments less staged, rigid, lifeless and boring and don't be afraid to tackle more divisive, unique and intriguing issues.

Честно говоря, я не понял для кого вообще выпущена эта игра. У Square Enix уже есть своя Final Fantasy XVI, зачем ей понадобилась её плохая копия под названием Forspoken, не понятно? Итак. Мы имеем не очень красивый открытый мир, наполненный нечастыми существами, некоторых из которых иногда просто не видно в траве. Плюс к этому ужасную лицевую анимацию и скучнейший город-хаб. Всё остальное это не очень хорошая, как уже писал выше, копия Final Fantasy XVI. Ты бродишь по миру, убиваешь, собираешь, сражаешься с боссами, чьи силы ты потом и можешь частично использовать. Это силы: воды, огня, земли и мистификации. Знакомо, не правда ли? В игре есть уровни, но вот для чего они нужны вообще не понятно. За уровень выдают деньги (которые я так и не нашел где тратить) и очки прокачки. Но 70% этих очков ты всё равно тупо находишь в мире. Эта прокачка тоже достаточно странная, ты можешь выбрать ту или иную основную атаку, а вот доп. атаки (которые можно использовать раз, а потом дожидаться их восстановления) открываются в большом количестве, но настроить их порядок нельзя, какую ты не доиспользовал становится первой в следующем бою. Не очень удобно, часто просто забываешь, что включено заклинание которое в данный момент тебе и не нужно совсем. В игре есть паркур и он ужасен. Ты постоянно летишь туда, куда тебе не надо. Боссы достаточно незамысловатые, в отличие от тех же Айконов из Final Fantasy XVI, достаточно простые и не эпичные. Единственный который мне понравился это финальный босс, ну конечно только на фоне остальных. Управление тоже странное, на DualSense все боевые навыки повешены на два адаптивных тригера и вроде бы так и должно быть, но вы будете долбить по правому, особенно в начале игры, курку по несколько сотен раз за бой. Я понял, что ещё час и моторчики здохнут и отключил их, а через два я переназначил удары на "треугольник" и "квадрат" (хорошо хоть авторы догадались оставить такую возможность). Не очень удобно, но безопасно. Кстати очень много отзывов людей у которых DualSense всё-таки накрылся. Единственное, что мне правда понравилось в игре, так это закрученный сюжет, только за него 4 поставил, но и здесь разработчики умудрились обосраться. Всю игру, ну %80 времени, вы будете изучать мир, вообще не понимая, кто вы и, что здесь происходит. И только после победы над третьим, ну может даже четвёртым, если дракона считать, боссом вам на голову вываливают весь этот сногсшибающий сюжет. Но подают его какими то флешбеками из прошедшей и неизвестной жизни нашей героини. Вы будете два часа бегать за яркой точкой, чтобы посмотреть на не анимированные 3D картинки, на которых иногда даже не понятно, что изображено. Вот тут вчитывайтесь в субтитры или вслушивайтесь в голоса. Интрига раскрывается. Ну вот нельзя было это обыграть как то поинтересней? Но всё, что я сказал ранее, это ерунда по сравнению с "толерантной атмосферой" самой игры. Знакомьтесь, нам предлагают: бездомную, грязную, наверно вонючую (воды то нет), вероятно судимую, 21 летнюю негpетянcкyю быдловатую девицу Фрею. И вот в её лице нас с самой первой минуты окунают в какой-то фем-БЛМоский ад. И если в "нашем" мире девки грабят банки, живут в халупе без воды! и рулят преступными бандами нью-йорка, да да в игровом нью-йорке этим занимаются именно девки. То фантастический мир Атии это реально матриархат. Всем правят женщины. Авторы просто взяли и поменяли роли полов в мире. Если девочки лазают по карманам и фехтуют на палках, то мальчики учатся справлять малую нужду сидя. В мире Атии 80% это женский пол. Да, яйценосны тоже есть, но это слюнтяи, подлецы, сумасшедшие и прочие отбросы общества. Вот ещё, все боссы, кроме финального, ну да бабы. Но так как женщины и негры априори злыми быть не могут, то в конце, открою тайну, все они окажутся на стороне добра. А наша независимая засранка станет, ну конечно владычицей всего мира, ни больше ни меньше. При том 80% нпс с которыми я общался это чернокожие. Да что там говорить, Гомер это кличка...кошки, не кота, ёлки палки, а кошки нашей героини! В Атии некоторые мужские персонажи говорят женскими голосами! Маразм! Как мне это лицемерие надоело уже! И вот я снова спрашиваю, а для кого выпущена эта игра? Для девочек? Ну судя по оценкам, девочек в неё играло невероятно мало. Для мальчиков? Зачем им играть в эту фем-блевотину, если есть Final Fantasy XVI? Вывод. Если хотите в ЭТО поиграть, дождитесь супер скидок, либо времени когда игра появится в подписке. Но самое главное! БЕРЕГИТЕ СВОЙ DUALSENSE!!!

Absolute garbage, I'm truly surprised that devs were able to combine the worst of all worlds when creating this game. Worst open world experience, worst fantasy world i've seen, worst story, worst plot devices (why leave the money??? you can pick up the bag AND find the cat???), and an incredibly annoying protag with an incredibly boring protag to boot. I'd sue for time wasted if I could.
That said, it doesn't really have any major bugs, works fine, and performance overall is fine as well. I reserve scores below 4 for absolutely disappointments even in the performance department, which I can't fault here.
