With only a few technical hiccups, Immortals Fenyx Rising: A New God represents a dozen hours of vault-based challenges that will put your platforming and logic skills to the test. If you want more Fenyx Rising but harder, then this expansion is a must-have.
While the ending of the Immortals Fenyx Rising expansion can be satisfying, especially after putting up with bad jokes and tricky puzzles, the truth is that A New God may not have been the best idea to extend the game. You're going to find yourself with lame level design and unnecessary features for Immortals Fenyx Rising that do not feel interesting at all.

A New God works very well as expanse for Immortals Fenyx Rising intended for players who enjoyed the base game. It doesn’t invent anything, but it adds what is just and necessary so that embarking on this new map is worth it. The strengths and weaknesses remain the same.
A New God is a worthy expansion of Immortals Fenyx Rising, bringing some new gear and abilities to play with, and some more excellently designed puzzles that challenge the player's knowledge of the game's mechanics in interesting ways. Sadly, the expansion lacks the wealth of activities found in the main campaign, making the new one a little more repetitive in the long run. Still, a worthy purchase for fans of the puzzles seen in the main game.
If you are someone who enjoyed the puzzles and the dad joke-like humor of Immortals: Fenyx Rising, A New God DLC is for you. The Vaults will challenge your approach to the game mechanics with the addition of new and expanded mechanics. However, if you are not a fan of trials and get easily frustrated, the DLC might be a miserable experience.
A New God is the first DLC for Immortals Fenyx Rising, and it adds some extremely tough new challenges to its endgame, even if it's not as compelling as what's to come.
The structure and new ideas in A New God are promising: Despite my frequent frustrations with its physics and many of the puzzles, I had a decent time barreling through all these puzzles without having to discover them on a huge map. But it's hard to ignore how haphazard it felt, the trepidation I experienced trying a solution I knew would work only to have it go wrong for reasons out of my control.
Sinceramente, le he metido apenas un par de horas a este DLC y me ha quitado las ganas de seguir con él o con cualquiera de los otros. Básicamente tiene una excusa en vez de una trama y luego un montón de vaults con la estética de olimpo para hacer puzzle tras puzzle tras puzzle tras puzzle. No puedes usar el equipo del juego base, se quitan mecánicas como las pociones y se añaden otras nuevas que no consiguen tener interés. En resumen, un coñazo. Un 2.

what a waste of a dlc is all I can say base game was great I was never so disappointed in a DLC in my 14 years just made the trails more difficult, just trail upon trail, really boring

This was a REALLY poor design choice for a first DLC. Everything that made the main game so entertaining and enjoyable is non-existent here. Despite that, what puzzles me is the premise behind it all. So considering all you did in the main game to achieve what you have at the start of this DLC, you now have to go through what was arguably the worst part of the main game to actually attain godhood?
I've honestly never been more disappointed with a DLC in quite some time. I hope the other two are not as crappy as this. Skip.
