An excellent and creative adaptation of the real-time strategy genre, with a great presentation and simple to learn mechanics.
Really, the game only catches on fire under scrutiny's magnifying glass when it comes to patrol path deletion, which occasionally lacks responsiveness. It's frustrating, but hardly a deal-breaker in an otherwise great game.
A creative, entertaining, and nice looking game which requires strategic decision making, but still has an arcade feel to it. It's almost like playing an insect-based tower defense game, where the tower is your anthill, so it's appropriate that the title includes the words "Trail Defense".
Anthill is a mix between tactical games and tower defense, is simple but fun, and a must buy for all fans who aren't afraid of insects!
Tactical Trail Defense manages to take two old ideas into one fresh and fun package. It's over too quickly and doesn't ever reach its full potential, but the app still provides a few hours of solid fun.
A well-built and novel take on the tower defence genre, Anthill: Tactical Trail Defence doesn't quite fulfil its promise, but it's still worthy of your attention.
