As someone who loves a bit of dark humor and puzzles, Death Coming is just perfect and right up my alley. The graphics are visually impressive with the modernized pixel art, and the sound design is fun to listen to. It's also worth taking the time to read Death's quips to your character, because who knew Death could have a sense of humor anyway? The puzzles themselves are challenging, and the Final Destination style accidents are downright entertaining.
Death coming is a sadistic and atypical puzzle-game that requires a lot of thought, the enigmas proposed are balanced and truly well mastered. Although it is a bit short with its 6 chapters deliciously morbid, there are already so many details and winks to discover that it allows a real replayability, you can resume the same levels to try to finish completely, and it will clearly not be easy.
Death Coming is a fun lightweight puzzler with great art and creative environments. It's frustrating the devs didn't trust their core gameplay enough to avoid gumming it up with unnecessary frustrations.
A wonderfully macabre puzzler with gory bits and cracking strategic elements.
It has its moments, and those moments are worth sticking around some of the less interesting parts for.
At its best it’s like being in control of a pixellated Final Destination, the deaths coming thick and fast with amusingly inventive variety. At its worst it’s a fiddly load of trial and error, where you can still be tripped up by pesky police angels even once you’ve figured out what to do.

Summary Death Coming is a non-linear puzzle game where you must reap the souls of humanity ‘Final Destination’ style. However, the Agents of Light stand in your way not to mention those pesky mortals.
