Feb 27, 2020Overall, the update for Retimed wasn’t too fancy but it was just enough content to keep players coming back for more. I’m pleased with the update and will definitely go back to the game for more.

Dec 18, 2019Multiplayer indies are rarely as enjoyable as Retimed. Now that it's better than ever, it's a good idea to finally play it if you haven't yet.

Sep 24, 2018As far as platform fighters go, Retimed is a great effort. While a few different add-ons could have greatly expanded its shelf-life, I anticipate playing a few rounds here and there for months to come. Retimed is knocking on the door of being a special multiplayer game. It was a great outing for the developer, and I will be enjoying it while keeping an eye on what Team Maniax puts out in the future. In its current state, the core gameplay is fantastic, accessible, and competitive. I recommend Retimed to anyone looking to add something new to their couch multiplayer lineup, so long as they are okay with a content-light experience.

Oct 2, 2018My family and I had a great time trying this out. My dad, who usually takes a bit to pick up on controls, even had fun playing. For anyone looking for a simple party game to add to their library, this is a great choice.

Feb 5, 2020Retimed is an option to consider if you are looking for a multiplayer title to enjoy here and now. It doesn't have complications, yes, but it's very short in terms of content and game modes.

Apr 13, 2020Team Maniax has delivered on creating a cute, but frenzied party title that simplifies the act of dodging bullets, and making it look cool while doing so. With easy controls to learn, and only having one focus, the barrier for entry in Retimed is low. Whether engaging in team battle with some friends, or taking part in a 'free for all,' there's a ton of energy and excitement to be had. The main issues is the lack of characters, stages, or variety of weapons to choose from, plus the lacklustre single-player experience. However, considering the small development team that worked on this, what Retimed has become is an enjoyable blast to play, and at the very least, it most certainly should be checked out in time for the next couch party.
