    I couldn’t stop playing Shredder’s Revenge until I finished it, and the minute I did, I played through it again. And then I played through it one more time. And then I pulled my family in and we played through it once more. I keep firing it up to play my favorite stages when I’ve got a bit of free time. It’s an outstanding TMNT game, a jaw-dropping take on the Konami-style beat-em-up, and more pure goofy fun than I could ever have anticipated it to be.

    If you were a video game developer and you happened to have a time machine, and for some reason you decided to use that time machine to travel specifically back to visit me on a Saturday morning around 30 years ago, and then you asked my childhood self what the perfect video game to make would be, I'm pretty sure I would have invented Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge on the spot.     At its core, Shredder's Revenge feels incredibly similar to titles like Turtles in Time and The Hyperstone Heist. This isn't a revolutionary reimagining, but that's probably not what any TMNT fan wanted to see, myself included – it's been more than 30 years since those games released, and it was long past time to play the hits. Shredder's Revenge is over too quickly, but TMNT fans will be grinning from ear to ear right until the credits roll.

    Shredder's Revenge is more than an homage to Turtles in Time. Is probably the best TMNT game and a fresh and modern beat'em up. Arcade machines are still alive in games like this.

    Even as a shorter game and with limited character leveling, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge is arguably the best beat-em-up and TMNT experience ages. If you have a buddy or several to tackle the forces of foot clan evil with, jump on this one.

    Shredder's Revenge could be many things: it could be a beat 'em up capable of modernizing the genre, a tribute to the past of the series or a caciarone party game. Since he tried to be a bit of everything, he was unable to convince us in every respect, although he was still very pleasant to play. The cooperative mode, for its part, is an absolute spectacle and more generally we are talking about an experience able to entertain (and a lot ...) without, however, with that degree of brilliance that we would have desired.

    Exceptionally art style. Designing a simple and stand-out character is very hard, especially since you need to keep it aligned with existing art.
    Extremely good sound track.
    Very good hit feedback.
    Plenty of moves to use.
    Good pacing for each level.
    Good length. Not every damn game need to play 100 hrs to finish everything.
    Good reliability. Do you want to try something diff? You can. You want to drop the game, you can!
    Good mode selection, story and arcarde, there could be more mode, like rouge surviver. But with the offering, can't complain.
    Good and simple character progression system.
    Extreme good point, supports up to six player local and online play together. Is it very chaos? Yes, is it fun, damn that's right!

    Con:
    Latency, loss of connection is an issue.

Кроме того, сетевой код для свитча реализован ужасно. Если есть выбор, то лучше брать версию для Стим. Игра довольно коротка и простовата в сравнении со Streets of rage 4. Ну, и конечно же, неубиваемый Шреддер в торрент-версии.
