Dec 18, 2018Trouserheart is a great pick-up-and-play game for children who are new to gaming. Its fun and colourful levels are sure to keep kids engaged for hours, and the campaign is not long enough to become monotonous to more experienced players. But the game’s lack of depth and difficulty certainly pull the trousers down on what could be a very fun game.

Aug 16, 2019I still don’t think that’s enough to justify the game’s existence on the Switch, particularly when it’s twice as much as it is on mobile. If you’re in the mood for a game where you almost literally do nothing other than spamming your attack button for a couple of hours and getting not much out of it, Trouserheart may be the right game for you, but it feels like there are much better ways to spend your time and money.

Oct 13, 2019Trouserheart is yet another passable mobile-to-Switch conversion that adds very little compared to the original game. Although the plot is enjoyable for its humour, in every other aspect Trouserheart does not come out on top, whether for its price (way too high for what's on offer), an outdated audiovisual environment or a repetitive experience. As it is, there are quit a few other games which are much more enjoyable than Trouserheart.

Feb 20, 2019Trouserheart is simple and fun, but lacks the depth to be memorable to any major note. Fortunately the price point isn’t too high, but expect to see it in an eShop sale in the future.
