At its core, Tekken 7 is the ultimate Tekken experience. While paying tribute to previous games in the series, it’s also made for the hardcore Tekken fan in mind. Newcomers will also love it once you get a feel for the unique fight system. There isn’t much I didn’t enjoy with during my time with Tekken 7, other than it makes me want a new Soul Caliber with the same TLC that went into this game. I highly recommend picking up Tekken 7.
This is possibly the best Tekken has ever been, and a slightly slim selection of modes can’t take away from that. If you want one of the best fighting games to be released this year, Tekken 7 is essential.
Absolutely tremendous fighting game. Insanely tight controls, super cool characters and story. Incredibly deep. Don’t let the people giving it a bad score because they’re bad at the game deter you. If you put in the time this game gives back in spades.
By offering rich content, a great multiplayer experience and some of the most beautiful graphics we've seen in a 3D fighter, Tekken 7 is indeed the king of the Iron Fist Tournament.
Tekken 7 is not the best entry in the series and lacks some single-player content, but when it comes to offering gorgeous combat against friends and other people online, here it is: the King is back with outstanding battle mechanics and plenty of characters to learn. If you don't prefer Injustice 2, here you have your new main fighting game of the season.
Tekken 7 is what the Tekken FGC was waiting for. Awesome gameplay, new mechanics, great characters and a good amount of contents. Something is still off, but the overall experience is fun, deep and entertaining.
Tekken 7 has the barebones basics for a good fighter, but it’s missing the trimmings that make it worth recommending over bigger, and cheaper competition.
I bought the game when it first came out then because of the insane amount of DLC, I re-bought the “full” version just last year so I could actually play the full game. The game is fun, but rage arts absolutely ruins this for me. At least add an option to turn it off for people who hate it. Without the option to turn rage arts off, this game really suffers. People who are losing get a crutch instead of having to work at developing skill and learning from loss. The stages aren’t as dynamic either, nothing to hit your opponents into like tekken 4. It’s lacking a LOT of customizable options like in Tag2 or Tekken 6. The bowling game isn't great. It doesn’t have tekken force for some reason. Missing team battles. It’s just worse. In every way. They regressed.
