This is the best videogame workout on the planet – and it makes you look a little flabby in comparison.
It’s good to see that EA have created something quite decent, without resting on their laurels.
EA Sports Active is easily the most robust and enjoyable fitness experience on the Wii to date. Even without the Wii Fit board you can get a fantastic workout in as little as twenty minutes, and the best part of all is that it is fun.
There are a few things that need to be optimized and the concept could be even better but Active is the best title available in its category actually.
EA Sports Active is a fine alternative to Wii Fit, and actually encourages you to get active outside of the game as well.
Still regularly using Wii Fit? You will very likely love EA’s new fitness game, which brings twenty challenges including a motivating two player mode straight into your living room.
The only problem I can and would raise is that although it shows you what to do, your form or stance maybe wrong when tackling some of the exercises. Also the resistance band provided seems cheap and flimsy, so much so that I could not trust it for some of the exercises.
