    Overall then, Omniverse 2 is unlikely to appeal to anyone other than a subset of ardent fans with exceptional staying power, who are willing to overlook its deathly dull combat, crass voicework and utterly repetitive gameplay.

    A runner you should run away from
    Ben 10 Omniverse 2 is a completely different game than the original in all of the worst    Ben 10 Omniverse 2
    A runner you should run away from
    Ben 10 Omniverse 2 is a completely different game than the original in all of the worst ways..
    no longer is it about environmental puzzles, leveling up characters and hack and slash combat,
    Ominerse 2 is a twitch based runner where you have to switch back and for the between a heavy alien to break through walls, a medium alien that shoots projectiles, and a light alien that runs the fastest and can hope over gaps and walls, and after a few seconds you come to a dead stop to fight a bunch of enemies and do this over and over for 5 hours straight in 6 dull and poorly designed levels.
    There is literally only 2 variants, a ship.. earth.. then back to the ship
    It can be fun reacting to the obstacles coming at you, this is definitely the best part of the game…
    But that’s not saying much as these sections are still garbage
    The biggest offense to this entire game is you are being timed…
    its not enough that you lose health when you run into objects or take damage in combat…
    your health is draining at all times….
    This means that you could do perfect in dodging obstacles and simply just run out of time because you proceed from a fight without waiting for your health to drain and refill halfway up
    and what happens when your life drains?
    you revert back to ben 10,
    this isnt too big of an issue in combat because you can still dodge attacks and kill enemies while the bar fills up…
    but hes helpless in the running sections…
    and to make it even worse, 1 hit and hes dead….
    this makes combat tense, but makes the already cheap running sections that will pop up obstacles without warning sometimes even more cheap…
    I know what youre thinking.. this isn’t that big of a deal..
    and youre only thinking this because I haven’t put the frosting on this crap flavored cake yet..
    Theres no checkpoints.
    If you die anywhere at anytime you start aaaaaallll the way back at the beginning of the level.
    Thankfully you don’t have to redo the fighting, but the fight you died in restarts.. and you have to do all of the runner nonsense again…
    Enemies will however sometimes drop shortcuts or even level tokens to level up your aliens… which really does nothing but give you new moves…
    Which is a shame since the original omniverse actually let you effect characters stats.. and you could freely switch between them at all times..
    you cant do that here.. pick 3 aliens and go…
    why is this game called omniverse 2 anyway?
    This is an entirely different genre of game…
    it has nothing from the original but the license…
    Stay away from this game..
    Even if youre a ben 10 fan..
    stay away..

    This is one of the worst games I have ever played in my life. I don't follow the series, but my son does, and we co-op played the first one aThis is one of the worst games I have ever played in my life. I don't follow the series, but my son does, and we co-op played the first one a couple of times through, and I had a decent time playing it, he adored it, so clearly the second one should build on that platform and maybe even advance it, right? Wrong. It was a MASSIVE step backwards. Nonsensical difficulty bump even on easy, the worst, most unimaginative of all on rails games I've played, and most importantly, they stripped out story mode co-op. So the game I bought so we could play something together, now consists of him playing it until he's frustrated, then asking me to help him beat a level because he can't. We were able to beat the first one on the hardest difficulty just fine. This one has been on easy, and it's just cheap, sluggish, and bad, bad, bad. Do not buy, even if you or your kid is a fan. They won't be afterwards, and now, for maybe the first time in my son's life, he has started a game with no interest or desire to finish it. Avoid. Don't even rent, in danger of someone somewhere thinking these games are in demand, and it causes them to make a 3rd. A total disaster by a lazy development team, that frankly, should be forced to retire, or make original Wii shovelware titles for the rest of their lives.… Expand

    O jogo é muito ruim dessisti no primeiro instante que joguei comprei porque adorei o primeiro e os outros jogos (menos do ben 10 ultimateO jogo é muito ruim dessisti no primeiro instante que joguei comprei porque adorei o primeiro e os outros jogos (menos do ben 10 ultimate alien cosmic destruction que eu tambem comprei) serio esse jogo é praticamente um endles runner muito chato te limitando a 3 persogens por capitulo, alem de ser muito curto é muito mais caro que o primeiro esse jogo poderia ser facilmente um jogo de celular, isso na versão de console mas a versão de 3ds é muito melhor tendo mais aliens tendo uma jogabilidade melhor e sendo mais divertido, outro fator que deixou o jogo pior é o fato de não ter multiplayer no modo campanha o que era uma coisa muito legal nos outros jogos e que tambem acabou sendo um fator negativo para o ben 10 ultimate alien cosmic destruction.… Expand
