The Dragon Age series is my absolutely favorite.

Between the incredible graphics, dialogue, environment, character creation, romancing, story, crafting, customizing armor and weapons, so on and so forth, this game really exceeds my expectations.

My one and only complaint is dealing with some of the small, mundane little side quests. Otherwise, the main storyline and many of the other side missions are very interesting and fun to play.

Dragon Age Inquisition is a damn good story. The characters are unique, the dialogue is hilarious, inspiring and sad. Sometimes all at once. All in all I loved...the story.

The gameplay/fightiing is pretty solid too. It's a good mix between Origins and D.A 2, which I personally found easy to master after an hour or so.

Doesn't sound too shabby does it...but then why have I given it a seven as opposed to an eight or nine?

Well, sorry to say my friends but the 360 version of this game has been treated like second hand garbage. The dialogue, while fantastic, bugs nearly all the time. Whether it be on the road or, for me, during a very heart warming scene of romance between Cassandra and my Inq.

The rendering of pretty much everything is **** pathetically even. Dragon Age 2, while infamous for its 'interesting' use of character design, STILL manages to one-up the latest installment. For at least I could manage to complete a loving conversation with Merril without her stopping to stare at me for five minutes.

In conclusion I'd recommend NOT buying this game on the 360. In fact I wouldn't even buy it at all, not on any console. The utter lack of respect the developers had for we 360 lovers shows clearly in what I've played for the last three days.

My adivce for BW/EA - Fix this bull****. I've played this series since the beginning and it hurts to realize you've left me with a choice to either stomach bug after glitch without end, or to fork out £400 and buy the latest console and THEN re-buy the game.

Respect your fans and deal with this please.

I'm not really much of a graphics nut, as in I normally don't care about low res textures, pop in, etc... but this is seriously the worst 360 port I have ever seen. Textures sometimes never pop in, audio cuts in and out and glitches all over the place, load times are insane sometimes, lag, whenever I jump my character seems to hit the ground mid air and lose all momentum (more annoying than you might expect), and so on. The game looks okay when playing it, but during cut scenes (which is a good chunk of the game) the graphics are so bad that they break immersion.

Okay, so the gameplay is solid. I haven't gotten through the whole game yet, but I'd say if it weren't for other problems I'd give this an 8.

Overall I am just shocked that a game with this little polish, or concern for quality, could even be released by such a large publisher. EA has a bad rep in the gaming community, and some of it isn't deserved, but this version of the game is a complete rip off at $60, and EA should be ashamed that they released it in this ridiculous state. Stop releasing broken games, EA, c'mon!

I'm a massive fan of the Dragon Age series and it's important to same that the gameplay of Inquisition is fantastic.

The low rating I have given is due to the fact that any immersion in the game for me was ruined by the extensive graphical and audio glitches. I'm not fussed about having super realistic graphics, but when textures pop in 15 seconds late to every cut scene and things render right in front of your character, it's hard to maintain any immersion. A lot of time has clearly been put into creating a beautiful and expansive world, but those efforts are almost wholly undermined by the unfinished feel the 360 version has.

I was royally pissed off to have spent £40 on a game which just isn't made for the Xbox 360 and doesn't run properly on it - you should not have to pay that much for this game, as it is simply broken. If you can, next-gen it, but for those (like me) who can't, at least wait until it's a more reasonable price and patches might have fixed some of the issues.

But the 360 version is terrible as far as lag, poor textures/graphics, and issues with audio. The worst of those three being the graphics.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT buy the 360 version of Dragon Age Inquisition at full price. Do not do it. If you must have this version of the game, please wait until it drops in price or buy it used. The textures and graphics look better in Dragon Age Origins and Dragon Age 2. That is the truth. This game is not worth 60-70 dollars for this version of the game.

I implore you, please consider purchasing a new generation copy for the same price of 60-70 dollars, or please, *please* wait to purchase the 360 version at a much much lower cost. Collapse
