Poignant, epic, mournful. Telltale is without peer in terms of emotionally impactful storytelling.
The plot is getting more intriguing by the second and the feud between the Forresters and the Whitehills makes for good drama.

The Lost Lords offers no respite from the anguish of Iron from Ice, and keeps the energy and intrigue up in surprising ways.
It's an interesting second chapter, and somehow it feels like the true opening of the story. The narrative finally meets Martin's true style, and that could make for some interesting twist and turns in the upcoming episodes.
The plot is thickening. Hopefully the pacing will adjust to match in coming installments.
Still pleasant in terms of presentation, The Lost Lords is a good addition to the first episode. Maybe we could have been more pleased if more events or decisions had come to shock us. But every step makes us think that the next chapters won't be as "calm" as this one.
Another uninspiring episode of nothing but filler and hopes for the future, although that’s as much a criticism of episodic content as it is the game itself.
A light recommend IF on sale and IF you aren't sick of the Telltale formula. I checked both boxes lightly and enjoyed the game. I have come to realize that Telltale games are just choose-yur-own adventure books more than "games" in the traditional sense - but I'm ok with that and I enjoy the storytellign and mild interaction and choice.
I prefer Life is Strange to Telltale, but The Wolf Among Us was my favorite Telltale game and was close to that one.
