The gameplay is challenging and enjoyable and I would spend 1200 MS points in a heartbeat for Rocket Knight.
-
ocket Knight is one of the best downloadable games available and Climax, and Konami deserve all the acclaim they are bound to get from it.
-
Rocket Knight is a retro platformer with outstanding gameplay, even if it is overpriced and a little short.
-
Rocket Knight is a solid revival of a classic Genesis franchise, but it suffers from a tragically short lifespan and high price tag.
-
Rocket Knight certainly bares it's 16-bit brethren well, taking an interesting character with plenty of uniqueness and not spoiling it with a remake and re-visioning.
-
Rocket Knight comes back with good old school platform moments and nice graphics, but despite the intense rhythm, ends up being too short, and too expensive.
-
But once those colourful environments are replaced with dull mechanical labs, and the few rocket pack-related ideas presented in the first stage are reused ad infinitum, any initial enthusiasm is dispelled quickly.
