Crysis Remastered on the Nintendo Switch would have sounded nearly
unthinkable a few years ago, but here we are. Even though it's been
thirteen years since the original release, the game still looks slick,
marvelous and vivid. With its vast world, sharp gameplay mechanics and a
very good performance both on a television screen and on the Nintendo
Switch screen, Crysis Remastered is one of the finest FPS experiences in
the console's catalogue.
Crysis Remastered is an impressive showcase for the Nintendo Switch’s true capabilities when ports are given the love and attention they deserve. Graphical downgrade aside, this title plays, looks, and feels great. Besides some aging mechanics and a so-so story, the gameplay loop of fighting through strategic engagement to engagement is addictive and invigorating, even if that means you’ll have a better time ignoring the objectives to get to the next fight quicker.

Never thought I say this but this game looks and play fantastic on Switch even by today's standard. Though the quality is last gen PS3/Xbox 360 standard, the game is still very fun to play and ran very smoothly. I was able to finish the first 5 missions without issue. After trying the digital version I manage to get a physical copy for preservation. It's just that good.

Really good FPS. The port is excellent, great graphics for the Switch (dock and handheld). Dumb story (who cares ?) but very intense and engaging game ! I don't understand the bad reviews.

Crysis Remastered might be great on other platforms but definitely doesn't stand out on Nintendo Switch.
As a sum of its parts, Crysis on the Switch is another "miracle" port that turned out less magical than others of its kind. It's a less extreme example of the dissonance between being able to run a game and whether it should have been ported in the first place. It's not as pared back as The Outer Worlds was, but it also doesn't offer a lot of content, and its shortcomings in different areas are enough to hamper the experience. If you cannot play Crysis on any other platform, this may be as good as it's going to get, but if you don't care about portable play, the Switch version isn't as good of a proposition as it should have been.

You’ll have to look past the dated visuals of the experience and maybe a few technical bugs, but if you’re looking to play Crysis on the go you’re covered. Crysis Remastered is an excellent port of a legendary video game. Some of the mechanics feel dated and a little odd sometimes, but the remaster remains true to what the original game was all about, which feels like a more important goal given the game's age and this being far away from a full on remake. Crysis is still visually stunning and sets a standard for what Nintendo Switch games can look like. Crysis Remastered is a must-play for fans of the series, which hasn't seen a new entry in quite some time.
Crysis Remastered can be a good-looking FPS. It’s just a shame that the act of actually playing it can feel like a chore thanks to a repetitive first half, poorly implemented stealth and unsatisfying gunplay.
tremendous port it is incredible to be able to have this game that made the best computers of its generation explode in a tablet smaller than a notebook .. that runs at 540p !! What did you expect is a nintendo switch but it is magical to see that game with that impressive physics engine at that quality in only 1/2 teraflop of power and to take everywhere

This game is buggy to the point where it stops being funny. It has crashed multiple times, and sometimes is borderline unplayable. I PROMISE YOU, this game is undeniably broken... but it can be fun. If you can try and ignore the bugs and keep your cool when it crashes, it can be an enjoyable experience, at times, an incredible one. There's nothing like picking up a north-Korean soldier and throwing him into a shack, and then watching as it collapses in on itself, hopefully crushing the soldiers inside. That being said, the gun-play can be finicky, as the gyro aim is on a really low sensitivity.

It crashes to a point that makes you to stop playing this game. In a mission, the game couldnt triggerevacuation so i had to start all the chapter. And same day, the aircraft got stuck on the ground. AI is ****, story is meh. Bye bye the game i've hearded always and made me want to play.

Cheap cashgrap, looks way below modern standards, runs even worse than original. Cut mussions makes it even worse. It is not a Remaster, it is just an inferior relerease.
