    Jeopardy! is a decent adaptation of the popular game show. It doesn't have the production values and eye for detail to fully capture the TV experience, but it's still fun as a multiplayer trivia game. Other than online matchmaking issues, the only major problem is value. Jeopardy! sells for $20, but for $5 more you could get any of the Jackbox Party Pack games – and they're all miles better than this one in production value and volume of content.

    It’s been a long time since I played a Jeopardy game, in fact you have to go back to 2003 since I last played it. I remember back then that IIt’s been a long time since I played a Jeopardy game, in fact you have to go back to 2003 since I last played it. I remember back then that I enjoyed it quite a bit, and thankfully there is some enjoyment to be had with its newest installment. The enjoyment though unfortunately doesn’t last very long and without a doubt it’s best enjoyed with friends instead of being played alone. There are a huge number of questions for you to answer and I think they have a decent array of questions, which is always important in a game like this. I was also impressed with the amount of modes the game has and the best thing is that each mode has a decent amount of variety going for it, which in turn gives the game some much needed replay value. I will say however that the game doesn’t have enough content to justify its price tag, and this rather expensive price will definitely put quite a few people off. I must say I was expecting a lot more from the online multiplayer that’s included in the game, but unfortunately it has too many problems and the biggest problem is that it suffers greatly with matchmaking issues which is a shame because they’ve done a very good job of making it accessible to all gamers. The presentation side of the game is very disappointing and I was expecting a lot more. The biggest problem with the presentation side of the game is that it doesn’t look or sound anything like the real show, which in turn ultimately hurts the game’s immersion considerably. At the end of the day if you like a good quiz game then you will find some enjoyment with this version of Jeopardy, but I would definitely recommend that you wait for the price to go down because there isn’t enough to justify the price it’s currently at. Without a doubt the best way to enjoy this game is with friends because it’s no where near as fun when playing on your own. Jeopardy ultimately does just enough to get a recommendation from me, but in my opinion there are better games in the genre for you to play.… Expand
