The only downside to Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 and 2.5 ReMix and Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is that they're quite expensive and the camera can be finicky at times if you're in a claustrophobic environment.

As a collection for hardcore fans, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue offers a few entertaining experiences. For more casual fans, it's still worth picking up simply for the fantastic remake of Dream Drop Distance which is an incredibly fun game.

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is the last step before reaching Kingdom Hearts III. All the content in this compilation is essential and tells us everything we need to know about Sora and her friends before we face the final battle. The emotional moments of DDD and 0.2 are joined by the new stories told in Back Cover.

The HD version of Dream Drop Distance is very well made. Storywise, it is a bridge game between Kingdom Hearts 2 and 3 which sets up the eventy for Kingdom Hearts 3. It is also a relatively long game where the main story is like 25-30 hours and also has some side content to explore.

All in all I think it is a good package to enjoy before playing Kingdom Hearts 3. Since the games are older though, I don't think it is worth full price, but this is really subjective. I think right now it's worth like 20-30 Dollars.

Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is a collection of two Kingdom Hearts games and a Remastered Cinematic Collection. Dream DropKingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue is a collection of two Kingdom Hearts games and a Remastered Cinematic Collection. Dream Drop Distance takes place after the events of Kingdom Hearts II. Dream Drop Distance (or 3D to fans) covers Sora and Riku being properly trained as Keyblade Masters, and fills the gap between Kingdom Hearts 2 & 3. KH 0.2 Birth by Sleep - A Fragmentary Passage - is another enigma of the series covering events that happen after Dream Drop Distance as well as events that happen after Birth By Sleep, available on the other KH Collection. Making this entry both a prequel to the First and Third core games and a sequel to two of the other stories, filling in even more gaps in the timeline. Last in this collection is Kingdom Hearts x Back Cover, a Cinematic Collection from Kingdom Hearts Union x (Cross), a Mobile game preceding the events of the entire Kingdom Hearts story. This story leads everything along to the first Keyblade war that sparks the events of the entire Dark Seeker Saga, or the KH Story as we know it. The 2.8 Collection is a Must have for fans of the story, and completes the story on the Xbox One up to Kindom Hearts 3. Expand

Definitely a great time for a kingdom hearts fan. There is a lot here to enjoy and it looks much better with the up in quality. I didn't enjoyDefinitely a great time for a kingdom hearts fan. There is a lot here to enjoy and it looks much better with the up in quality. I didn't enjoy the story design in birth by sleep. This game makes you replay the same things 3 times as each character to see the full story. I didn't want to do that at all and I ended up missing out on lots of the story and boss fights. Pretty disappointing. Expand
