Little Nightmares II builds on its predecessor as a sequel should, expanding the scope of the universe both in terms of lore and mechanics. Little Nightmares II is one of 2021's first must-play titles.

Little Nightmares II is an important step up for Tarsier Studios. They maintain the nightmarish horror and the whole aesthetic of the first game, but with a much welcomed extended length, improved visuals and in general even more emphasis on the creepiness of the environments and excellently horrid enemies.

While everyone is waiting for technically advanced 9th generation games, Little Nightmares 2 steals the show with its beautiful art design, jaw-dropping story and unique gameplay and atmosphere.

Little Nightmares 2 is a superb sequel that carries on the impressive tone of the original, but improves in all key areas. This isn’t explosive horror, there’s no gore or torture, and for the most part you’re jumping onto levers, solving puzzles, and climbing up furniture, but that doesn’t mean Tarsier hasn’t created a standout horror experience.

With Little Nightmares 2 Tarsier Studios has once again dreamt up a wonderfully unnerving world filled with grotesque and fantastical creatures that is a horrifying pleasure to explore. Gameplay is mostly the same as in the original, with the only significant exceptions being the addition of Six as an AI companion and some clumsy combat that actually feels more like a puzzle than anything else. If you enjoyed the first game, and you’re looking for more of the same creepy goodness, you can’t go wrong with Little Nightmares 2. Just maybe sleep with the lights on after you’re done playing.

At its best, the game sustains an effectively ominous atmosphere as it channels recognizable childhood fears.

Despite contriving its fair share of unsettling moments, Little Nightmares II is a disappointing follow-up to one of 2017's most pleasant surprises. It might be a bigger game than its forebear, but it certainly isn't better.

From the stunning visuals, to the fully immersive atmosphere, the detail put into every area, and the SOUNDTRACK the game delivers in all categories. Constantly on the edge of your seat wondering if you’re safe or not and gives you a sense of unsettlement as you go through each section. The villains are amazing and really make your scared the more you go through and the lore is one of the best parts. Gets you sucked in and makes you watch all this videos wanting to know more. Easily the best horror game of 2021 and in a while. Would be surprised if this game wins no rewards. GO PLAY IT NOW!! Also don’t rely on IGNs rating because they gave it low because the person who reviewed it lowered the score because they were bad at it. Lmao. Loser Expand

The world around you seeming so big and you so tiny, everything is a threat. Having to clamber around over furniture and through buildings. Finding paths and solving physics puzzles to navigate through each new horrifying location. This time, having an AI companion to guide you and team up together in order to make it through this living hell. Battling it out against massive monstrosities, one single misstep and you are their lunch. A Tim Burton-esque mix of cultural styles and architecture that gives the game this unique, creepy, dark mysterious vibe and a story that is confusing but oh so tantalizing to decipher. Just amazing work from this indie team, absolutely polished and built upon from the first game. A frightening and adrenaline fueled trip through 2.5 D platforming, chases and puzzle solving, short but still such good value. Check out my full review here: https://youtu.be/54jBuRTatPQ Expand

    They Did it again
The original Littl Nigthmares is one of my favorite horror games of all time, and Little Nightmares 2 does enough to be just as good and even betterin some aspects than the original.
Instead of a hungry girl, you play as a bag boy, this is a solo 2d horror platforming game, though you do have a companion from time to time to help you through this world..
Much more than the original, Little Nightmares 2 feels like Limbo Meets Unravel, meets outlast… the formula is basically the same from the original, go forward, solving very simple trial end error environmental puzzles, and ocassionally dealing with creepy enemies, hiding under desks, doing suspenseful chase sequences, flashing lights to make these creepy manachins freeze, little nightmares 2 is miles more terrifying than the first, its creepy, does a great job at giving you new and fresh environemnts to play through, unforgettable monsters for the first half of the game.. the second half is pretty weak, but the strength of the rest of the game makes up for it..
This is 5 and a half hourss worth getting through
Little Nightmares 2 is great, its unsettling, a horror experience that much like the first will last with oyu.
Little Nightmares has cemented itself as one of the best and unique horror series of all time.

Walk right DEAD something fell on you that you couldn’t see because it’s off camera, so you take two steps to the left, oh now you’re being chased DEAD stuck on some invisible obstacle. Right now pick up the top of the chess piece BUG no you can’t, go and reboot your console. What a ridiculous game. Expand
