    Yet another terrible sports game with all the same bs found in Fifa, Madden, 2k, etc. A career mode with absolutely useless teammates who are worse than worthless? Check. A fantasy mode built on microtransactions? Check. Broken game mechanics with teleporting players? Check. Server issues? Check. I could go on, but this game ain't worth the time it'd take. Also, MinePlay512 is spamming 10sYet another terrible sports game with all the same bs found in Fifa, Madden, 2k, etc. A career mode with absolutely useless teammates who are worse than worthless? Also, MinePlay512 is spamming 10s on every console with a copy/paste comment and did the same for Gran Turismo 7 as well, don't listen to their nonsense.… Expand

    Somehow, someway... the game has gotten worse. It's still not optimized for XBOX, works poorly on Switch, and the only version to buy is the PS4 version, unless you like to listen to godawful music while playing. The new "commentary" repeats itself far more often than the previous group, and it makes you miss Vasgersian almost immediately. Not that I liked DeRosa much, but Singleton isSomehow, someway... the game has gotten worse.     Good content. By far, one of the best systems of card collecting in any sports game. Standard graphs. Looks like a copy / paste of the show 21. It's a game I play because I like it and it is in gamepass. I wouldn't spend my money on it if I had to.

    The game still suffers from the server issues that plagues past installments. The new commentary is bland, and something which should be immediately muted. The game play is still the same, some animations still make you scratch your head and balls still leave the yard even on poor PCI placement. On top of all this, pre-order bonuses are missing for myself and many others and players have been noting they are losing cards and stubs. Even new modes don't properly work as the Mini Seasons in Diamond Dynasty will often credit you with a loss even if you win a game.

    These are issues that are being reported across all platforms so it doesn't just relate to last gen consoles.    … Expand

    The Show is back and better. With new features to the ballplayer feature like the two way player and improvements to gameplay, MLB The Show 22 is a must have to baseball fans.
