Snooker 19 manages to successfully reproduce this British variation of one of the most loved sports, with a high level of fidelity both in the simulation and presentation areas. Recommended to all lovers of cue sports.
Snooker 19 is a must have game for all of the fans of this sport. It's realistic, is fully licensed and create absolutely amazing pictures. A great snooker game.

A faithful sim that
overcomes bland
presentation
thanks to
fabulous potting. [Issue#178, p.80]
Even with a mainstream approach, reached through a huge roster and shiny scenarios, Snooker 19 is designed to really satisfy only a small niche of fans of the discipline.
If you’re a massive fan of the snooker scene, wish for nothing more than potting balls, working out angles and thinking ahead, then Snooker 19 is for you.
There’s a really good core game here, but it’s let down by the overall presentation. If you enjoy snooker though, you can easily look past this to enjoy it for what it is.
Sadly, the two career modes hardly feel different to each other, and the players don't develop during the season due to a lack of stats or attributes to differentiate players from each other. Playing against the AI shows that, despite the cast of 128+ characters, they are all different skins of the same athlete, with no varying strategies, which is a shame - but, there is online mode for the professionals who wish to take their snooker experience to the next level.
Summary This is the most authentic simulation of the sport ever created, with TV-style presentation and commentary, true-to-life physics and advanced artificial intelligence. Choose from offline and online modes, from quick play online match-making to global online tournaments that link in real-time with the live World Snooker calendar.
