    Like any good DLC pack though, this game also has some tweaks and fixes for the core game. Sure it was great, but it wasn’t perfect. Some mechanics have been altered and a few of the bosses have been tweaked. This really feels like the definitive version of the game. For those that already own it, the $5 for the DLC is a no-brainer. For fans wanting a physical copy, the additions and price are outstanding. Sonic Mania Plus is the best version of a great game. It feels good to be talking about Sonic in a positive light once again.

    Sonic Mania Plus is the best recent evolution of SEGA's franchise, with great new features, a rock-solid gameplay and a very attractive retail version. The best Sonic is undoubtedly the classic one.

    A 'complete edition' pack that only include one new DLC with two characters and one game mode. It may not look like much, and if you already have the digital version of the game you don't need to buy this Plus edition... But if you haven't played this superb platformer yet or you are a hardcore Sonic fan you have to have it.

    Two new heroes and some new little things do the trick… Or almost. Even if we’d like more new levels, Sonic Mania Plus is still a great game loaded with good ideas, and it’s still a superb tribute to good old Sonic.

Ray, who once you get used to his flying ability, isThis is one of the greatest sonic games ever made with the edition of 2 new characters. Ray, who once you get used to his flying ability, is the best of speedrunning, and Mighty who is very useful for exploration. The Bonus level is the greatest, the blue sphere unlocks are flipping amazing, and the easter eggs are legendary. Would recommend if you have the original to get the DLC's instead but if you never bought it, love the art, love physical copies, or just love classic sonic. This is the game for you… Expand

Sonic Mania Starts Off Right Where Sonic 3 & Knuckles Left Off At Angel Island. Sonic And Tails Arrive only Too See Weird Robots, With The Phantom Ruby. They Get Teleported To Green Hill Zone From Sonic The Hedgehog 1 (1991) They Robots They Saw Get Transformed In To The Heavy Metals And The Game Begins. So Sonic Mania Is FULL Of References Longtime Fans And Newcomers Will Love. You Can Play As Sonic,Tails And Knuckles. Knuckles Has His Own Unique Stages. There Are New And Old Stages. Like The Return Of The Flying Battery Zone From Sonic The Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles (1994) And New Stages Like Press Garden Zone which Is A Printing Press And Act 2 Is A Beautiful Garden. There Is The Return Of The Blue Spheres Game, But There Is A Original Special Stage That Is Kinda Like A Race Track Chasing A UFO.
