Few games fully realize their potential. Thankfully The Swapper is able to execute all of its ideas. The challenging and thought-provoking puzzles are only outdone by the rich narrative which will stay in your mind well after the credits roll. The Swapper is a masterpiece that needs to be experienced.

A stunning puzzle-platform adventure, which couples great mechanics and smart puzzles to a very intriguing and adult story. Definitely one of the best indie (and maybe overall too) games on Xbox One so far.

The Swapper is definitely one of the best puzzle games you can get on Xbox One. The puzzles are challenging, the space station looks amazing and it never gets boring.

Initially, The Swapper only managed to gain my curiosity, but as I progressed further through the game, I began to realize I was playing something special.

The Swapper is an unique experience. The mindswapping puzzles are challenging, but never to an impossible extent. While rather short, the minimalistic story telling and overall mood of the game will make you return for more.

Who gives this amazing game such low scores? It's obviously not a 92er but still it deserves much better than a low 6 user score. GreatWho gives this amazing game such low scores? One of the best compliments that I can give to it is that it is not easily defined. If you are looking for a game that is outside the box and that is going to make you have to think about what you are doing while tossing in some puzzling mind games instead of sitting on the couch aiming down the sights of guns for hours on end, then this is for you. Don't misunderstand me....I enjoy FPS's as much as the next person...however, this game is in a completely different realm. A score of 92 it is not. Worth the price of admission it very much is. I don't play many puzzle games, but if I do, a memorable story is a huge plus. The Swapper thankfully spends some quality time developing a narrative, slowly and methodically exploring some interesting concepts behind the scenes. But really, the puzzles and gameplay is the most memorable. Filled with puzzles that challenge you and occasionally stump you for a short while, they give lots of satisfaction and diversity and are well worth the 6 hour playthrough. The ambient music, voice acting, and atmosphere are very technically sound. The ending is a bit anticlimactic, which keeps this from soaring to a 9, but I definitely do suggest it for puzzle and philosophy fans. Expand
