    There’s definitely a lot to love about F1 2022, whether it’s the revamped physics engine and clever AI, or the incredible levels of detail on tracks and in the cockpit. The inclusion of F1 Life as a main social hub is an interesting move and adds a new arcade-type dynamic to what is traditionally more of a sim title, while the addition of supercars adds a fun element alongside staples such as race weekends and a practically unchanged career mode. It’s really the little things that make F1 2022 such a great game with little flecks of extra realism added to a tried-and-tested formula and while it isn’t perfect, it’s definitely a shining entry.

    Codemasters once again offers the best F1 simulator to date. While there are concerns about what's happening in F1 Life and the inevitable hand of EA with its addiction to microtransactions, this year's installment stands by its own quality.

    F1 22 is another solid instalment in Codemasters’ Formula 1 simulation series, even if the tweaks to the on-track gameplay aren’t all that noticeable. It feels very much an annual EA sports title.

    F1 22 is another super solid entry in Codemasters' superlative run of racers. There may not be any really pressing reason to pick this one up if you own last year's game, but besides a lack of new ways to play and an F1 Life mode that's all a bit pointless in the end, this is still the pinnacle of F1 video game action that fans of the sport will no doubt be enjoying until F1 23 drops.

The game has been completely redesigned and you can see that EA has really "touched" every pixel of the game. It's not the biggest leap of a new F1 spin-off, but you can tell that the new rules have been super integrated into the game and the AI is much more aggressive, error-prone and exciting than in any part before. All in all, the game is very playable and has all the modes you could want.… Expand

    It is the same game as last year, with the same bugs and poor online connectivity. It adds F1 Life which is nice but useless.     The game is totally unplayable for me. Every time that a cutscene starts or a session ends, it will likely crash. But is not only the crashThe game is totally unplayable for me. Every time that a cutscene starts or a session ends, it will likely crash. But is not only the crash itself, the thing I hate the most is that shuts down my xbox. When I reboot, it says that was overheating, but the fan was neither noisy neither nor the console was hot!!!

    I looked for a way to solve this problem: asked EA support, EA forum, tried everything, nothing worked. So I asked three times a refund to Microsoft, but since the problem happened to me after 14 days from purchase they refused it.

    So I made other researches and I was utterly disgusted when I found out that this problem happened with f1 20 and f1 21 at launch on xbox. Even worse, I read that many couldn't play madden 22 and EA closed these posts, just saying: make the updates.
