    I’m still jugging through the story and exploring Yara and having a great time. It’s a good time to invest in a game like this when there aren’t too many new titles in the genre coming soon. The shortcomings are minimal and I’m sure I have a lot more to discover. Fans of Giancarlo Esposito will enjoy his inclusion, as he does a fantastic job of playing a villain you love to hate.

    As the most expansive instalment in the franchise to date, Far Cry 6 is literally the GTA V of Far Cry games, with a solid story, vibrant, engaging characters and no shortage of things to do alone or online with a friend; for FPS action-adventure fans this is a MUST BUY.

    Far Cry 6 is a slow burner, but once it gets going it really sinks those hooks. Fans of the series will have a blast, whether alone or through the cooperative options. Granted, the menus can sometimes over complicate things, and the cutscene stutters are annoying, but the main point to take away is that if you love open world games, especially those which provide fun, excitement and the freedom of choice, then come to Yara. It's not a huge revolution, but it's a fun one.

    Far Cry 6 immerses us in a large open world with a ton of possibilities and a great cast of characters, but it fails to make a real splash compared to previous installments in the series, while also providing a too-low challenge level to the player.

    Far Cry 6 barely hangs together on the strength of the gameplay loop it inherits from its predecessors. Beyond the addition of some fun new toys, like the “resolver” weapons and Supremo backpacks, nearly every design change is mystifyingly for the worse, and the mismatch between the gameplay and storytelling ambitions is more conspicuous than ever.

Em Yara é catalogada uma ligação muito vincada a eventos históricos de Cuba, transportando situações que são utilizadas no desenvolvimento de acontecimentos em Far Cry 6. Yara é uma nação presa ao passado, com décadas de atraso em relação ao resto do mundo.     Probably the worst Far Cry of the lot, for me. Graphics are really good but that's about it. No character progression anymore, and there'sProbably the worst Far Cry of the lot, for me. No character progression anymore, and there's literally nothing to explore or do other than the main missions, or destroying anti aircraft guns to be able to fly. That is literally it. The special weapons are entertaining for a while and the ability to have companions with you to help, but there's nothing to use them on. Hunting animals now is pointless. The lack of gear available at vendors, along with the poor choice of weapons just bores the life out of you. As other people have said, levelling up is a waste of time because you get no reward for it. Your character will be the same at the beginning of the game and at the end, bar the odd cosmetic change here and there. There's no new skills to learn like on the old Far Cry's, and I don't even have the urgency to want to "take down the regime". The dialogue is cheesy at best. I miss the old Far Cry's where you were dumped in a dangerous world, and felt like you had to start from scratch and build your way up to survive and actually wanted to take out the main enemy, like Vaas or Pagan Min etc. There's none of this in Far Cry 6. You can wipe out a whole base, and capture an objective and within about 5 seconds, it's spawned another God knows how many enemies behind you. It just feels so lifeless and boring. The world has absolutely nothing to offer and nothing to do. You can't find any secret Easter eggs on the island, like you could on the old Far Cry's. At this rate, I'd even be happy climbing countless radio towers, at least for something to do outside of the main story.… Expand

    A really solid game but I still prefer far cry 5, its ultimately brought down by all the downgrades and changes it has made to the formula.
