    Shadow Warrior 3 is a gorgeous looking, extremely fun, hugely sweary, first person platforming shooter which nails nearly everything asked of it.

    I quite enjoyed my time with Shadow Warrior 3 from beginning to the rolling credits. That said, the asking price is quite steep for a game that I finished in about five or six hours that is very linear and has no multiplayer component. Your enjoyment is most likely going to be determined on your sense of humor, so if you love poop jokes and swearing, you’ll most likely be laughing like I did throughout in this Bulletstorm and Doom mashup.

    Overall, if you are a fan of the previous adventures in the Shadow Warrior rebooted series then you’re going to be a fan of this one too. As I said before the story doesn’t feel quite as impressive this time around but with some incredible action, some over-the-top yet satisfying set pieces and even more of the dirty humour to pull us through once more, this adventure with Lo Wang is certainly another we should be happy with, even if it is a little wackier than normal.

    If it's unadulterated, gore-soaked fun you seek, then look no further. Just be aware that once Shadow Warrior 3's campaign is done and dusted, there's no replay value to be had. If you're okay with that, then there's no reason not to chow down on some more Wang.

    Shadow Warrior 3 for is just dumb fun. It doesn’t do anything to make you think that its going to be anything other than it is. Running around with a varied array of weapons AND a sword, killing monsters while dashing and swinging around is right up there with the fun to be had in Doom Eternal. But for me it’s the humor that sets Shadow Warrior 3 apart, while not for everyone those that find comfort and chuckles in ‘derp’ type comedy will have a ball playing with Wang.

    Shadow Warrior 3 is a good student of DOOM's first-person shooter formula. Its fast, bloody and has funny moments. Recommended for all those who love epilepsy, jumps and point-blank shots, although Flying Wild Hog could have risked a little more in his playable formula and not play it safe. His proposal is more traditional than one might expect.

    Shadow Warrior 3 is an ok time. I don’t personally think it is worth its launch price as there is little to no replayability and the story only took me 5 hours to get through.

    I love Shadow Warrior 3. The game is simply a treat for fans of comedy FPS(and Doom Eternal).

    I did run into a game breaking bug 4 hours that required me to start a new game. I didn't even care, however. I gladly replayed those 4 hours. That's just the type of game Shadow Warrior 3 is.

ShadowShadow Warrior ist zurück, in Teil 3 bekommen wir ein sehr lineares Spiel mit Arena Basierten kämpfen ala Doom und Doom Eternal. Shadow Warrior 3 erinnert wieder mehr an Teil 1 und kopiert dazu noch das Letzte Doom Spiel. Was nicht schlecht ist, es kann zwar mit Doom Eternal absolut nicht mithalten, aber da wird die nächste Zeit sowieso kein Shooter herankommen. Es gibt wieder reichlich Humor, die Story ist sehr gut, die zwar nicht viel Neues bietet, aber alles richtig macht, den es weiß was es ist und genau das macht ihn so besonders. Die Grafik ist zwar nicht immer auf dem neusten Stand, sieht aber dennoch gut aus, vor allem die verschiedenen Feinde und Waffen sehen hervorragend aus mit schönen Details, auch die zwischen Sequenzen können sich sehen lassen. Nur die Umgebung wirkt stellenweise etwas altbacken, dafür bekommen wir schöne kräftige Farben. Die Steuerung klappt sehr gut, ich habe öfters gelesen das es nicht immer der Fall wäre, mir ist da nichts negativ aufgefallen. Auch lief das Spiel bei mir immer flüssig, ich hatte keine Abstürze, Ruckler oder sonstiges. Das einzig Negative für mich war die kurze Spielzeit, gute Zocker können es in knapp 4-5 Stunden durch Spielen und dabei sogar alle Erfolge einsammeln, auch zu wenig Gegner Typen und das man die Umgebungskills/Fallen nur sehr selten bekommt, da bitte mehr, wenn Teil 4 kommt. Ansonsten ein toller Egoshooter von mir 08/10 Gespielt auf XBOX Series X

Like how to manage your health, ammo and executions keep being its own game. The gameplay is because of that also the best in a new shooter that I have seen besides Doom Eternal. You grapple, you shoot, you slash and you execute while keeping all resources managed. Besides that the game has some interesting mechanics that are definitely on purpose. Mechanics like weapon swapping to cancel your reload or sword swapping just do a quick melee attack (mapped to RB) and swap back to your revolver to see your revolver has been fully reloaded. These little tricks is a new step into the boomer shooter genre and reminds me of devil may cry in an fps. This is by far the best way to go for shooters!

    The story of this game is just a hilarious save the world kind of story with dumb jokes all the time while Lo Wang talks **** about everything that happens. Its nothing new but I found it enjoyable like a bad movie. (sounds a lot like old school duke nukem I know, just make a new duke nukem gearbox!)

    The only where this game could benefit from is some sort of way to replay levels to grab all collectibles and a new game plus mode where you can play the game on a higher difficulty that would be the dream of this game. (for higher difficulty just ad twice as much enemies and your good)    … Expand

Of course, the game has a very clichéd story and characters, but this does not matter because the players definitely go for the experience of the game for the gameplay, not the story!

    The main part that surprised me and made me admire was the AI ​​of the enemies, which is literally fantastic, and even on the lowest difficulty, the fights are challenging and hard.

    Now let me talk about the negative points, it should be noted that the cutscenes doesn’t have good quality and also during my playthrough, I saw glitches in the cutscenes. Also, the menu and UI of the game is extremely old and outdated and is mostly seen in mobile games. The graphic coverage of the plants is also very bad and is an insult to the audience. During busy fights too, I saw a lot of frame drops, although they weren't too annoying. And in the end, the last thing I want to mention is the humor of the game. The enemy variety is more engaging in SW3, and doesn't have unfun killjoys the Doom marauder. The level design is more varied and interesting to look at than the techno-hell ruins of Doom. The main character is funnier and more personable than Doom guy, although that is a low bar.

    I don't know why SW3 didn't sell well, because I like it better than the previous 2. It is a bit short, but it doesn't wear out its welcome like SW2. I didn't encounter any bugs other than an annoying quirk where I sometimes couldn't grab a ledge after climbing up.    … Expand
