I liked it a lot without being blown away by it, and it's the extra flavour that kept me going more than anything.

The gameplay variation is there for all to see, and when it hits the mark it - believe it or not - is every bit as enjoyable as the very best the genre has to offer, with some true high points to look back on.
All the ingredients for a nice simple and playable game are here, it’s just that carelessness and an unpolished roughness drags the game down to mediocre levels.
Though the game looks and controls well, levels appear to be designed to kill the player in as many cheap ways as possible. [Dec 2004, p.78]
While seasoned gamers will be turned off by the game's countless cheap deaths, bad controls, inept camera and uninspired gameplay, Crash rookies might find something to like.
Full completion of the game takes time, and whilst there are some nice extras on the DVD to unlock, you can't get around the fact that it's time that could be spent doing something far, far better.
Crash Twinsanity is widely regarded as the best game in the Crash Bandicoot franchise. The game takes players on an exciting adventure through an expansive open world, full of challenging obstacles and hidden secrets. One of the standout features of the game is its great sense of humor, with well-crafted jokes that will make you laugh out loud. The difficulty level is perfectly balanced, providing enough of a challenge to keep you engaged, but not so tough that it becomes frustrating.
In terms of visuals, the game is stunning. The graphics are perfectly suited to the 2000s era, with a vibrant color palette and charming character designs that are a feast for the eyes. The controls are spot-on, making the game easy to play and a joy to experience. For those who grew up playing this game, it's a nostalgic trip down memory lane, and for newcomers, it's a must-play game that is sure to leave a lasting impression.
It's worth noting that the game does have a few bugs and glitches, but they don't detract from the overall enjoyment of the game and are, in fact, part of its charm.

Twinsanity is overrated. While I do like the approach of open world, I find it an unfinished and literally broken game. We didn't even get half of what the game was supposed to be. It is also very short, as there are only 16 levels in the game. Overall, this game is the Sonic 06 of the Crash Bandicoot series.

This game is an unfinished gauntlet of anger and tears. My full review of this mess went up to five pages, so I will spare you guys the trouble of ranting on the game.
Good graphics, good music, decent humor are the only good parts of the game. The problem is everything else.
