The replayability of Ultramix 2 is immense, with content downloads and Xbox Live player.
Although it doesn't bring any particularly new concepts to the table, DDR Ultramix 2 is a very solid game, offering the great features of its predecessor coupled with a good mix of songs.
Ultramix 2 has great graphics, it has a huge selection of cool tracks, and it has tons of multi-player features both off and online to see who the ultimate dancer truly is!
Graphically, DDR Ultramix 2 is the best looking DDR game yet, with very cool looking menus that help personify the intensity of the title, and dancing backdrops with live captures, crazy psychedelic patterns and shapes interchanging, and nicely created cel-shaded dancers representing you.
If you're already on the booty-shakin'-wagon, all the Live options make it worth a spin. [Holiday 2004, p.68]
Doesn't offer up a lot to warrant buying it if you already own the original Ultramix, but it's still a blast to play.
The slow tracks still outnumber the fast ones; here's hoping the downloadable packages include a few more peppy songs. [Dec 2004, p.132]
