Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, and featuring a remarkable lead performance by Dwayne Johnson, the spiky and majestic Black Adam is one of the best DC superhero films to date.
Black Adam is nowhere near the game-changing revolution for the DCEU that was promised, but it's a solid introduction for Dwayne Johnson's antihero nonetheless.

score metacritic à 41 ?!?? Non mais sérieux ?! Faut peut être arrêter le délire ! (Petit rappel Thor love and thunder 54 mais lol) Ce film est bien, il est clairement imparfait , mais il rempli un des premiers buts d’un film :
Le divertissement ! Et on n’en prend plein les yeux ! Le film à peu de temps mort et l’action est bien présente ! L’histoire n’est pas folle comme la trame scenaristique … et alors ? C’est un film de super héros !!!! Et il y a des supers héros !!!! Et des vrais !!! Hein Marvel !!
Pour moi le cahier des charges tient la route et le film est un super divertissement ! Loin des daubes rigolotes débiles et wokiste de Marvel

For a movie that’s supposed to take D.C. in a new direction, Black Adam sure seems like something we’ve seen plenty of times before.
Though suffering from repetitive plot beats and thin characters, Black Adam is powered by Johnson's performance and its promise of an exciting future.
There are individual scenes, individual moments of action and even characters that actually work, but as a whole, Black Adam is a tangled, cluttered mess.
Maybe they thought that for the amount of time this movie had been gestating it just had to be something special. But for as long as this thing has been cooking, the end result is seriously underbaked.
Seriously, don’t see Black Adam. Don’t encourage this. I don’t even want to admit that it’s an actual movie, but assuming it is, it’s the worst of the year — and one of the worst I’ve ever seen.
Pretty good solid comic book movie to me I am not sure why critics are being supercritical. Had solid action scenes and a great soundtrack to go along with it. Dr. Fate I thought was really excellent as Pierce Brosnan hoping they use him again.

The concept of this film had the potential to be solid and great. However, in execution, it's just alright. The pacing and writing drag the movie down, as it starts off a bit too fast and then slows down to a more suitable pace later on. The villain is very cliché and offers nothing new. Overall, this is a fairly okay-ish superhero film!

Full of action movie cliches. Extremely CGI heavy. CG is mediocre at best. You've seen this movie 1000 times already. Pierce and Dwayne are half decent, but dont waste your precious time.

Just as dumb and cheesy as Marvel's Eternals. This is the craptastic equivalent of that movie.
Terrible acting, terrible writing, unfunny jokes, and just a basic as heck plot.
Boy am I glad I have standards in films, unlike the majority of people out there who are amused and entertained by diversity hires. I'll never understand how people can like below average films, not to mention give them 10's? Are you kidding me? These are probably the same people who give Oscar winning films 0's. They are completely clueless.
Avoid this film if you can. If you can't, be prepared to never get 2 hours of your life back. And no, Superman in the end credits will not save this **** if there happens to be a sequel.
Imagine giving this a 10 when there are actually 10's out there like The Dark Knight and Avengers. Unbelievable how anyone can put this crap in the same category as those.
I've come to realize people are just insane in this world.
