It's a great movie with great actioning. I'm not for the guy's love story line,that was just weird,but if you looking at the base storyline and the acting that came out of this movie. It was a great movie to reflex a different way of life and there struggles. I wouldn't pay for this movie inIt's a great movie with great actioning. I expected more intensity in the film; it seemed slow at times. Then the film builds, stabs you in chest and makes you leave the theater thinking more about it then you've probably thought about anyother film in years.

I think this movie is great. heath's such an actor and the contrast between wild open natural scene and stifling oppressive human society. you do need some guts to be different, even just to be yourself. it's a comfort for people like these two poor ones.

I would rate this picture an eleven if the site would let me. Masterfully done, lee, portrays a part of our US history and culture many would soon like to forget. This story, although set in a mid to late century midwest as a 'cowboy movie', we can pull from it the parallels to I would rate this picture an eleven if the site would let me. The movie deals with the overwelming presure that this society puts on gay men to stay in the closet and not be true to themselves or the people in their lives. This movie could not have been done any better. Although it is a shame that two people who love eachother could not have shared more of their lives together without fear.… Expand

Will no one criticize this trite, overacted, and, most importantly, overrated tribute to America's continued love affair with celebrity directors, handsome actors, and subject matter that deems a film above reproach? I guess not.
