Top Cast
As a drama, Checkpoint is somewhat lacking, but for anyone who appreciates magnificent cars plus various tweed-jacketed Rank contract players saying “Gosh!” it is compulsive viewing.
The camerawork and cutting during the intense racing scenes are particularly strong, but racing fans will probably find the film more enjoyable than those looking for an involving plot.
