This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Good, but not great, documentary about the citizen media group Raqqa is Being Slaughtered Silently. I have seen other docs about the Syria war that hit me harder in some ways, as much of the time the main characters in this are fairly safe in hotel rooms or safehouses in Europe/Germany etc., but...it was still a pretty solidly good Doc and definitely worth seeing if you are interested in this subject matter.… Expand

The movie has about 30 minutes of very interesting facts about the ISIS situation and what the team is doing to fix it.

Unfortunately, it has more than an hour of staring at the group doing sad faces and complaining about how hard their life is.

Not bad but i think it's too general and too many important points are just skipped about Syria, isis and middle east politics. I think they should add more details about it.
