The attention to detail in the creation of this magnificent film is immense. You have the dramatics of the gorgeous outfits to the dynamics of the different shades throughout the film between scenes, using tones to enhance the ambience. A perfect mix between Maleficent & The Devil Wears Prada. You can tell it's far from the original Cruella story but that story would have been impossible to market.

Cruella was such a fun and gorgeous movie. I was adoring all the gorgeous costume designes and especially the one where Cruella transforms her white Cape to a beautiful red dress and when she steps on The Baroness's car..............and last but not the least the Dalmatian coat is myCruella was such a fun and gorgeous movie. This could have been a lot worse. Don't care much for Cruella's backstory but what they've done is an interesting and a bit of fun caper.

I think I may hate "Cruella", but not because it is a terrible film. I actually enjoyed watching it, but it feels like a tremendous missed opportunity. The cast is perfect. This may be the role Emma Stone was born to play. The wardrobes are gorgeous. It feels like they filmed a run ofI think I may hate "Cruella", but not because it is a terrible film. It feels like they filmed a run of the mill Disney live action adaptation, but discovered it was so boring that they shelled out for the most expensive licensed soundtrack ever and tried to shoehorn the movie into basically being a 2 hour long music video, which conceptually would have been terrific, but because the movie wasn't shot to the beat of the music, nothing goes together quite right.
Good on them for coming up with a story that didn't feel too pandering. Props to the CGI team. The computer generated animals and sets did not take me out of the moment. This could have been a movie that I re-watch over and over, but instead, all it achieves is a barely passing grade. I give it a C, if you've already seen the best, but you insist on watching a movie, try this one out.… Expand

so many unanswered questions, biggest one was what was the reason she skins puppies? Even if the reason was the dogs, it seems so forced and petty, and this movie is a joker wannabe movie that this became a typical hero movie.
