It unfolds, more or less, in real time, which gives it an existential comedy-of-suspense element that trumps the usual Styrofoam rom-com plotting. The classical music playing in the background doesn’t make the film stodgy; it creates a sustained operatic flow. And the actors are simply terrific.
There’s much to enjoy in the film’s first hour, which plays out a bit like an updated “Four Weddings and a Funeral.” It’s a chatty comedy populated by amiable leads and a constellation of wacky supporting stars, with an ill-fated would-be couple at its heart.

"Love Wedding Repeat" is not as bad as the reviews suggest; it's a light-hearted rom-com with a simple premise and humour that works more often than not.

I am really surprised why the film got a low rate in most review websites !!?? The film isn't bad at all and worth to watch.
The movie show you how the bad luck can change your day and your life also, and this is what we usually face in our real life, where any choice we pick it changes our future.
I advise you to watch it, it's cool movie and funny, don't believe the negative reviewers.

Craig’s comic delivery belabors gags that should run light on their feet. Rather than serving up a variety of zingers, the movie settles for one joke per character, repeated endlessly. . . . Instead, the best bits of comedy come from physical slapstick.
If only hilarity ensued; instead, Wedding manages to feel both overwrought and underbaked, consistently squeezing the natural charm out of its players in order to bang their hapless miscommunications and personality quirks into the ground. It's enough to make it through once; Repeat may be a bridge too far.
There's just too little wit here amid all the cutesy misunderstandings and farcical mayhem to make Love Wedding Repeat anything but tedious froth.
Love Wedding Repeat teeters within reach of tolerable, although this cast — Claflin is NOT a funny man, no one EVER gives Munn anything funny to do — and these situations never gave the picture a chance.
Our characters here are not so much stuck in a time loop, as they are in a very lazy movie filled with cliches and middle school-level humor, and which starts over half-way through the events for no reason. The joke is on anyone who mistakes this movie for entertainment.
The story takes place in Rome, where Sam Claflin is about to declare his affection for a women he briefly met (Olivia Munn). An interruption disrupts their potential relationship until several years later, when his sister is getting married and Munn comes to the wedding. At this point the nuptial hijinks are supposed to start and they do…on the surface. However, none of the dialogue is especially witty and the potentially hilarious setups fall flat. Claflin is doing his handsome best to channel Hugh Grant (particularly Four Weddings and a Funeral), but he doesn't possess the comic charm to pull it off. Munn is mildly appealing, while the supporting characters that are supposed to add quirky charm…don’t. Much of this goes back to a script that's overwrought in its plotting and simply lacking genuinely amusing situations. Plus, there's an embarrassingly trite soundtrack. Even with the time-shifting twist that pops up late in the film, the whole thing feels forced and not funny.

A stinker. I sometimes like movies like this, because I'm willing to put up with a silly plot to watch funny people be funny, but I just gave up on this one halfway through. I just couldn't relate to characters who were constantly thwarted and thrown by the most basic solvable problems. Not funny enough to make up for that.

Horrible waste of time, on Netflix at this point it is no longer a surprise to find bad movies, but it is still not pleasant to feel insulted. start this garbage as quickly as possible, I hope that everyone involved in this garbage never works for anything and I understand tremendously why the writers' strike has been going on for so long, they don't deserve anything
