This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Emmerich in the 90s was less riot action and had to make do with little money.
Then there were films of his that just came across as cheap, like this one. Even then, 15 million wasn't much, and he had to save back then.
Blade Runner and other films were thrown together, dialogue was embarrassing, the performances of the actors were not above average and the visual effects were the best you could do with the little money.… Expand
