The bigger sin here is that “Nobody’s Fool” wastes its comic goodwill and performances by wallowing in the same tired story elements Tyler Perry has been milking on TV and in his movies for decades. He’s done this before, and you’ve seen it before. Read full review

Few mainstream romantic comedies are so brazen or as unconvincing in their third acts. As if the movie were embarrassed about the tidy way it wraps things up, it trots Haddish out for a silly coda that reminds us how little we saw of her during the film's final hour. Read full review

Not going to be Best Picture at the Oscars or anything, but this movie is better than the Critics suggest. Go see it with a good crowd. The laughter will be infectious. The plot is a little far-fetched, but keeps you guessing up until the end.

Like the film itself is awful, with Whoopie and Haddish (who legit disappears mid-way through the plot) being the only saving graces, but damn did I see it with a fun audience...

I made this account just to stop you from wasting your time on this movie. The ending is unsatisfying, the character development is negligible, most of the characters are flat out unlikable.
