We saw a different side of Olivia in this film and different versions of songs from SOUR. My favorite moments are her vocals on favorite crime, her production on traitor, the orchestra version of good 4 u, and jealousy, jealousy rock version!

As a performance piece, “Driving Home 2 U” is an exhilarating and intimate showcase for Rodrigo, as commentary about her album’s tracks spills seamlessly, in musical-theater fashion, into “Sour” tunes. Songs are newly arranged and presented in some breathtakingly scenic spots.
A decently baked slice of fan service that still seems like it might be arriving a little too soon.

Even though the different locations are impressive, and a rearrangement of music is nice, my issue is why is she doing this so soon in her career, especially after just one album? Just feels more like a chart strategy move. I’d prefer she’d waited until she actually has a discography to choose from.
