Asghar Farhadi is the best director of Iran. His last film "A Separation" is the first chance of 2012s Oscar. Beautiful City was his first film and had a good direction with powerful performances. I like his movies!

Moving story, that was well acted, senseativity done, and introduces us to a country and a legal system most Americans know almost nothing about. Movie also works as a tender love story. The open-ended ending works well here, which isn't always the case with open-ended endings.
