I really liked the style. It looked really dark and yet really pretty. The only thing that I didn't like was the over-use of cross dissolves and pictures put on top of each other. The lighting looked fantastic. Really good sound nicely balanced. It feels so dark and moody and I loved it! TheI really liked the style. It looked really dark and yet really pretty. The original idea was promising and the cast was fairly good, but the movie was incredibly boring, the special effects were laughably bad and the last act was a complete mess. If you are a Heath Ledger fan you may find this movie tolerable, but if not, you should avoid it.

What a poorly scripted, poorly acted, corny, laboured and dumbed down show this is. Spare yourself the time... AND it was cancelled, so Season 2 does not end satisfactorily, I guess they were thinking it would continue... really, don't bother!
