This is your typical teenager versus mysterious entity science fiction movie. What makes it stand out above the rest is the direction, which at times gives the audience some really nice camera shots; the characterisations that the writers weave into the relationship between the sisters; and the acting, which is above average, even in the minor roles. There's an air of class about this film that makes it an enjoyable watch.

Offers very little in the way of originality, but it presents some quite likeable characters, some great make-up effects and a decent enough story about teenagers on their own, fighting their way through a tough situation.

Мне фильм понравился.Интересный затягивающий,но на один раз.Но этого не достаточно.Сценаристы забыли про реализм.Они весь фильм нам говорят,что это вирус,но по всем особенностям этого вируса становится ясно,что это круглый червь.Очень много просто тупых моментов.Почему червь может думать и общаться?Вот чем он это делает?Окологлоточным нервным кольцом?А может нервными стволами?Ганлиями?А если учесть,что они говорят о вирусе,то почему у них неклеточная форма жизни стала многоклеточной?Почему вирус усиливает чувство голода,если вирусу не надо есть?Почему ему надо дышать,если он этого никогда не делал?Весь сюжет притянут заживо.Как будто сценарист хотел сделать фильм про сестёр парню и подростков фильм.А самое главно:чтобы там был вирус.А на всё остальное им как будто было всё равно.
