Any which way I look at it, I see in its 45 minutes all the signs of a true classic, an album whose daring attitude and commitment to odd sonic luxuries future emissaries of the great tradition of experimental hip-hop music should only hope to emulate.

Song to song, it’s genuinely exciting to see where JPEGMAFIA might go next, and you never quite know what to expect. JPEGMAFIA’s third album is his most accomplished record yet.

All My Heroes Are Cornballs is not only angry but also gracious, humble, worried, and self-conscious. In other words, it is human.

For those not attuned to Peggy’s ability to tap into the zeitgeist, All My Heroes Are Cornballs won’t provide a lyrical turning point. But as a showcase for his skills as a producer, it should win over even the most dyed in the wool critics.

Despite his tongue-in-cheek song titles, and his jesting bluster about his rise to prominence, there's a real soul and emotion running beneath everything.

All My Heroes Are Cornballs serves as an electronic manifesto for his fans, guerilla warfare of the auditory kind. Umberto Eco would be proud.

JPEGMAFIA's flashes of brilliance are obscured by a bloated tracklist, but they're worth digging out. [Nov 2019, p.111]

HELL. YES. This is what I've been expecting from Peggy since Veteran and more. Loved everything on here, almost no complaints. All I'll say isHELL. YES. This is what I've been expecting from Peggy since Veteran and more. Loved everything on here, almost no complaints. All I'll say is if you listened to Veteran, it isn't exactly like that. This is much more melodic and there seems to be more singing than rapping at some points. If your into that, then great, but I know some wont be. Every track delivered in it's own way and keeps your attention, even if you are keeping it on as background music. Loved it all the way through. Needless to say, this is the most **** disappointed I've been in a long time, absolute **** 10/10. Expand

Another amazing work of art from Peggy. Sardonic humor in the lyrics, eccentric instrumentals, energetic and vulnerable. Everything that madeAnother amazing work of art from Peggy. Sardonic humor in the lyrics, eccentric instrumentals, energetic and vulnerable. Everything that made “Veteran” a great album but with more variety and better executed. This is now my 2nd favorite album this year behind “IGOR” by Tyler, the Creator. Expand

JPEGMAFIA doesn't have to overkill the current politics by becoming the left-wing's wings. But he did! More so, that's what's needed right nowJPEGMAFIA doesn't have to overkill the current politics by becoming the left-wing's wings. But he did! More so, that's what's needed right now in the music scene where musicians can speak up about major issues, not just plugging their ears and talk about something else. JPEGMAFIA became one of the most important rappers in this era! And everything is crisp! Expand

Trash, absolute garbage. Whole album is a mess!
This is the worst album I've heard in 2019, he goes from rapping to singing to screeching.
