    For me this album is just middle of the road. It doesn't have the minimalist appeal of their first record, or the explosive ambition of their most recent. All of the tracks kind of end up blending together and not in a good way.

    However ahistorical, Creep on Creepin' On sure feels like an example of sophomore slump, although hopefully one that the band can learn from.
