    Bonnie Raitt is proving herself as an unstoppable and stalwart blues singer and great guitar player. I love the way she takes songs (especially Los Lobos' "Shake Shake Shake") and makes them all her own. I love every song on this album - some bluesy, some rock and some tender. But her own original songs on this album - especially "The Comin' Round Is Going Through" - do not take a backBonnie Raitt is proving herself as an unstoppable and stalwart blues singer and great guitar player.     With her latest, Dig in Deep, she has indeed dug in deeper, polishing and perfecting what she does so well, and sounding like she’s still enjoying it as much as in those early years.
