This is an absolutely amazing album. The evolution of their sound is pretty awesome to listen to. Definitely recommended. Everything the band has done is great, though.

This record is most definitely a grower, took a few listens to really appreciate it. Really enjoyed it, perfect summer music. Tunnel Vision and Gonna Be Ready are probably the most un like TPC songs on here, but they work really well. Brilliant album, worth the wait.

Dang. Lets just try to forget this album exists and put a Lesson in Crime back on. My review must be at least 150 characters long apparently........

The combination of dreamy pop noir and the remorseless quality of the tunes suggest they'll soon be both big and clever. [May 2014, p.119]

Forcefield achieves a sound, which--despite the title--is all allure, no repellant. [No. 108, p.61]

After repeated listens the songs reveal themselves to be some of the catchiest, most joyful few minutes of jagged guitar-driven pop mastery you've heard all year.
