Aug 6, 2022not that bad, the production is great but some songs are not. I love the intro.

Aug 5, 2022The album starts off rocky but picks itself up for Woman of the Year, Obsessed, and New to You, with Stay with Me being another highlight. The rest of the tracks just all feel the same. It's a calm album with some good songs, but so many of them fall flat because of similar sounds. I also think there's a bit too much rap for my taste, but that's more preference than criticism.

Aug 12, 2022Calvin Harris is good at singles and terrible with albums. FWB vol. 2 is better than vol. 1, but still without fireworks. More funky than first and has three really really really good good tracks - "Obsessed", "New To You" and "Somebody Else". Others are completely unremarkable. It's enough only for 6/10.

Aug 12, 2022The record is funky, it might sound good near some waves (the title is also a play on the .wav format for digital music files, which Harris is constantly sending to studios across the world), and the beats generally bounce happily along. It does what it says on the tin.

Aug 11, 2022Vol. 2 sounds like the album one might slap on after the Funk Wav Bounces, Vol. 1 party ends and everyone is ready to crash.

Aug 11, 2022Detractors have long said that Harris’ music is tailor made for background summer playlists you can ignore – listening to this project, it’s hard to disagree.
