    Good Intentions is redeemed slightly by its incrementally improved production choices and impressive list of guest artists. The strongest songs on the lengthy album are those when NAV's juvenile lyrics and generic performances are enlivened by more talented artists dropping in to collaborate.

    There are hints of this fledgling growth throughout Good Intentions. ... The most fun moments on the album are the ones where Nav gets out of the way.

    NAV’s biggest problem is that he doesn’t provide anything new with his music other than another generic serving of NAV.

    I would like to begin this review by saying this: Navraj Singh Goraya, thank you for saving my life. One might say I was dealing with someI would like to begin this review by saying this: Navraj Singh Goraya, thank you for saving my life. One might say I was dealing with some very "Bad Habits" in the weeks previous to the release of this Masterpiece. After the tragic and untimely passing of my whore of a wife (will elaborate later) on April 20th, I turned to heavy drinking. It got so bad that one night I ended up falling asleep in a park playset and soiling myself, landing me a spot on the registered sex offenders list. On top of that, I ended up losing my 6 year-old daughter to social services after they were alerted of what happened that night in the park, and my forgetting to feed her as a result of said event. I had truly hit rock bottom. May 7th was the night I planned to not see the sun the next morning. It was around four AM, and I decided to listen to my favorite album one last time, The Big Day by Chance the Rapper. As I opened spotify to serenade my soul one last time, I noticed that they were promoting a new release on the homepage, and album called "Good Intentions" by NAV, which had come out just a few hours prior. I decided to spontaneously take a chance on the album, and it was bar-none the best decision I had ever made and will ever make for the rest of my life. NAV's silky voice gliding across the instrumentals ripped me from my severe depressive state, as for the first time in my life, I had experienced true bliss. It was unlike anything I had ever heard. After experiencing that monument of an album, things in my life went from the worst they've ever been, to the best life any man could live. I woke up the next morning reborn. It was almost like I had processed the music even more deeply throughout my slumber, and it was nearly impossible for the feeble human mind to process the shear greatness of Good Intentions, which is why I truly believe that NAV is from a species of advanced life, but that is a conversation for a later day. After going through my regular morning routine, I received two different phone calls while I was eating breakfast. The first, from a number I did not recognize. He identified himself as a man named Jason, and revealed that my wife had been having an affair with his brother for the entirety of our marriage, which had lasted for over eleven years. He also revealed that the child that had just been taken from me was never my daughter, but his brother's. After thanking him for the information and hanging up the phone, I celebrated profusely in my kitchen for no less that twenty minutes straight. After sitting back down to finish my food, I received another call, this time from the United States Government. The woman on the other line informed me that I had been removed from the register with no explanation as to why. After another few minutes of vigorous fist-pumping, I decided to push my luck even further, and went out to buy a lottery ticket. I crossed my fingers that night as they were reading out the numbers on the news. The next thing I remember is regaining consciousness on the floor, holding my ticket in one hand. I looked up what the winning numbers were, and I had won the lottery. To my best knowledge, I fainted after realizing that I had won because of the overwhelming excitement. I walked to the Mass Lottery headquarters in Dorchester, and claimed my 350 million dollar prize. I was walking on air. As I am writing this review roughly a year after the events depicted, sitting on a yacht off the coast of Italy, and doing coke with Anthony Mackie. In the off chance that Navraj sees this review, I would just like to say thank you. Your album changed my life forever, and I will always be in debt to you. If it was possible, I would give this an eleven. I wish nothing but the best for you throughout the rest of your career, and in my eyes, you could retire today and still be considered the GOAT.… Full Review »

    Fire album. This one is underrated. Has good reply value and it gets bonus points for nostalgia lmao
