This is a very special album, but the kind that is likely to be overlooked for some time by those not already familiar with Gerrards genius. For me, first listen was an emotional ride beyond description!!!! Don't expect DCD here though. This one runs closer along the path of her journeys through the world of film score... Pretty much one of the best albums for soundtrack to a film that has not been made yet.

Epic, exhilarating, extraordinary. [Feb 2004, p.98]
  2. But while the scope of Immortal Memory is huge... the music is entirely accessible.
  3. The album isn't exactly suited to the taste of pop or rock connoisseurs, but has enough quality moments to make it a gem.
