Mar 9, 2016Just perefection... This electronic beats makes me feel like in heaven. Lapsley s angel voice made me a skin orgasm haha. She have to become famous like Lana Del Rey or Halsey.

May 6, 2016At 19, the English songstress has already created a voice for herself separate from her contemporaries. This rare talent mixed with provocative icy electronic production and airy instrumentals entices the listener, begging for more, searching immediately for the replay button. Where Lapsley lacks variety of pace and sound on the album she makes up in mystique and deep-seated emotional expression.

Apr 5, 2016Every single song on this album has its meaning. Låpsley touches the soul who listen her to. She's a real singer and know what she is doing. We'll see more about her from now on.

Apr 5, 2016I think anyone who has a mature mind will fall in love with Låpsley. She's only 19 and made a nice album. The lyrics are so unique and true that I think she could change the world.

Jun 24, 2017Lapsley has put her heart and soul into her stunning debut craft Long Way Home. Every song in this album is worth chilling and lounging, even grooving in the motown/disco-inspired Operator. It doesn't have the cliche lyrics that are usually common in contemporary R&B. This is alternative R&B at its finest.

Jun 2, 2016Swapping sixth form studies for her real passion of singing, writing and producing music, the 19-year-old’s mature debut is an autobiographical “art project”.
-
Apr 4, 2016For now, she’s created an unimpeachably well-crafted debut--something to gaze at, even if it is just a sequence of gazes itself.

Apr 1, 2016Låpsley is nothing if not diverse, but she manages to retain a bespoke, trademark sound throughout Long Way Home.
