Neither a direct, honest pop album nor a truly bizarre, experimental art record, Minus is a meandering mess that tries to say everything and ends up saying very little.
daniel has changed a lot over the time, and by changing i mean improved, from generic indie rock band (yuck) to this it is a majordaniel has changed a lot over the time, and by changing i mean improved, from generic indie rock band (yuck) to this it is a major improvement. there is so much emotion in this album, it is depressing, sad. daniel wrote these songs when his heart was broken and "Minus" delivers his emotions to a user very well. there are minor issues too , for example 7 minutes intro in a song "Madder" is little infuriating. sound is unique and original, rough guitar parts mixed with ambient piano parts makes this album very unique, violin fits so good too…Full Review »
