P.O.S. has raised the bar again. [Mar 2009, p.114]
  2. P.O.S. has created something that sounds vibrant and alive, and stretches the narrow limits of the genre.
  3. P.O.S. must have known he had a near-classic on his claws with Never Better.
  4. From front to back, the album's an acquired taste, and even if it's not the big paradox that an album mixing punk ethics with rap virtuosity might risk becoming, it doesn't have a universal appeal, especially for heads leery of anything that might approach the misnomer of "emo rap."
  5. Even if it gets a bit bedroom experimentalist, POS is Buck 65 with balls, and has more ideas and soul in one cut than an entire Fiddy wet shit.
  6. It's a tumbler, a series of good thoughts that get lost in development.

P.O.S's flow is better than ever. This album is raw, and shows that he has great talent.

Admittedly i've loved P.O.S. for years but he seems genuinely inspired on this album. The tracks push musical boundaries and his lyrics Admittedly i've loved P.O.S. for years but he seems genuinely inspired on this album. The tracks push musical boundaries and his lyrics are tighter than ever. A few songs grate but enough stand out brilliantly so that the entire album is elevated. Overall, a unique work worth listening to over and over again. Expand

Real solid album. Honestly it took twice through to really appreciate some tracks. There are some songs, though, that don't hold up as Real solid album.
