Jul 1, 2014the songs are not that good. I've heard that he made this album to get his ex wife back, but that doesn't excuse how bad it is. songs are repetitive, and cheesy. there are some great songs, but that doesn't excuse the bad. this album is not that good, despite having good intentions

Jul 10, 2014This album, as you might have heard by now, is far and away from his past releases. There is not ONE song I like. I know the reason/place where the songs are coming from in his life, but they are just not good. Now I can say his voice is still like a old school "crooner." Which is nice, but I couldn't finish listening to the album. Nothing caught my ear.

Jul 2, 2014mostly the album comes off as laughable, but there will be a few moments where youll say 'this is nice.
overall you cant help but cringe at the lyrics, and its obvious this album was made quickly. -
Apr 24, 2018This album was a huge disappointment to say the least. I expected much much more from him

Jul 11, 2014It is genuinely embarrassing at times, compounded by the intrusive sense that the songs were really written for an audience of one (who, like the rest of the world, has reportedly shown no interest in listening to it).

Jul 9, 2014His soft falsetto is sumptuous, but too many tracks veer into uncomfortable parody.

Jul 3, 2014There's a breathlessness here, as though these songs rushed out of Thicke uncontrollably. That energy is welcome--Paula is not all sad-piano ballads--but it also leads to some incomplete thoughts.
